It is the customer's responsibility to read and approve with Omerch Nordic's purchase conditions when placing an order in our webshop.
2. Company information
Omerch Nordic is managed by TNO Recordings. The company is registred for swedish F-tax.

3. Prices, order & shipping
All prices include swedish sales tax (25%)
Lowest possible order value is 100 SEK
Until payment is complete, all items are owned by Omerch.
4. Postage & delivery
Omerch Nordic uses PostNord and Schenker for all shipments dependning on weight and destination. If the customer chooses a shipping method with a tracking service, tracking information will be sent to the customer via email (or SMS within Sweden).
Our goal is to ship out orders within 48 hours when possible. (Does not apply to pre-orders).
If the package destination is outside of the EU, customs and tax may apply. Contact the customs in your country if you are uncertain.
Omerch Nordic offers payment solutions via BABS, Texatalk and Paypal.
6. Withdrawal/Purchase on approval/Returns/Exchange/Complaint/Lost package
Withdrawal: Omerch Nordic follows swedish distance act which gives the customer the possibility to withdraw the purchase within 14 days.
Purchase on approval: According to the distance act above, the customer can withdraw the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Returns or exchange: Please contact us via email before returning a package.
The customer will pay for the return of the item(s) unless a faulty or not ordered item has been received by the customer.
Lost packages: Omerch Nordic will NOT compensate for lost packages if the customer has chosen shipping without tracking & insurance.
